Bromley is encouraged to send two voting delegates to represent our congregation at the meeting. If you’re interested in being a delegate, please email the church office or Pastor Rob to advise.

This year’s meeting will feature 4 learning sessions:

• Recognizing Your Church's Season of Ministry  (Karen Wong) - Churches experience different seasons of growth, challenge, and transition. This workshop helps church leaders discern the current season of their congregation by recognizing common patterns in congregational development. Through guided reflection and discussion, participants will gain insight into their church’s present reality, identify its strengths and challenges, and explore faithful ways to lead their congregation toward renewed mission and vitality.

• Digital Dividends: Free Tech Your Church Is Missing Out On  (Jason Vriends)- Your ministry could be saving —starting today. We'll wrap up with an interactive forum tackling your real questions about tech stacks, websites, sound systems, live streaming, and everything in between, so you can reach more people, more effectively

• From Frustration to Fruitfulness (Rob Sellitto) - Do you ever wonder why some parts of church life energize you while others drain you? Why certain conversations feel exciting to you but frustrating to others? Or why some ideas never seem to move forward? Join this workshop to discover how your Working Genius and spiritual gifts work together, helping you serve where you thrive, reduce frustration, and build healthier, more effective church teams.

• From Everywhere to Everywhere: Polycentric Mission and the Future of the Church (Joe Bridi) -  In this session, we will explore what "Polycentric Mission" means and why it matters for churches in Canada today. As the global church has grown and shifted, mission can no longer be understood as something directed mainly by one part of the world toward everyone else. Together, we will consider how God’s mission is carried forward through many voices, many cultures, and many centres of leadership under the lordship of Christ, and what this means for Canadian churches both globally and locally through partnership, humility, mutual learning, and shared witness.
